If you contribute to a box
What you submit
You may submit a written message and, depending on the box, a photo, a voice message or a short video. Your contribution is kept and then delivered to the recipient on the scheduled date. You will not be able to modify or withdraw it once the box is sealed.
Minimum age
Contributing is reserved for people aged at least 15.
Your commitments
- submit content of which you are the author or for which you hold the rights;
- respect the image rights of the people appearing in your photos or videos;
- submit no content that is unlawful, insulting or harmful to others.
Moderation
Contributions are not reviewed before delivery. It is the recipient who discovers everything and decides, where appropriate, what will be shared in return. Manifestly unlawful content that is reported may be removed.
Your data
The first name and surname you provide, together with your contribution, are processed solely to assemble the box. The professional partner behind the box is the controller for this processing; Pyxistime acts on its behalf. To exercise your rights, contact that partner. See also the Privacy Policy.
If you receive a box
The nature of the gift
The box is delivered to you on a deferred date, as chosen when it was created. It brings together the contributions submitted by those close to you. Its value lies in the wait: its content is unknown to you until delivery.
Irreversibility
Once assembled and sealed, the box can no longer be modified. Its delivery date is set in advance and is part of the experience.
Your point of contact
The box is offered to you by a professional partner (organiser, event provider, etc.), who is your sole commercial point of contact. For any question regarding your order, its date or its content, please contact them. Pyxistime provides only the technical operation of the service.
Retention
The box and its content are kept for the period set at its creation. At the end of that period, the associated data are deleted or anonymised.
Download window
After delivery, you have 30 days to download your box (PDF and/or ZIP). If no download has been made within that period, access is suspended and the files are placed under your partner's responsibility. If you experience any difficulty, please contact the professional who provided your box directly.
