What is the pricing model for partners?

Registration is free, with no commitment or subscription. You acquire boxes one at a time, at the moment you close a sale. Partner prices are provided in your area as soon as your account is approved.
How is my margin built?

You freely set the selling price offered to your clients. Your margin is the difference between that price and your partner purchase price. Pyxistime takes no additional commission and exercises no oversight over your pricing policy.
How is the invoicing of my clients organised?

You invoice your clients according to your own terms (quote, invoice, payment link…). Pyxistime does not intervene in this relationship: you are the sole purchaser of the box, and your client pays directly through your usual channel.
Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Neither your clients nor their guests need to create an account. Everything rests on a unique code per box; your client receives a secure link by email to follow the progress of theirs.
How long does account approval take?

Approval is carried out manually, after verification of your professional identity. The time is generally 24 to 48 working hours; an email confirms the activation of your account.
Can I customise my public storefront?

Yes. You have a page at your own address (
your-brand.pyxistime.eu) featuring your logo, your trade name and your description, as well as — if you wish — your catalogue of offers. A contact form is built in to receive enquiries directly.How is data security ensured?

All data is hosted in Europe (Germany). Guests’ contributions remain sealed until the delivery date: no one can access them beforehand — neither you, nor your client, nor Pyxistime. Two-factor authentication (2FA TOTP) is recommended to secure your partner account.
What happens to the boxes if I stop using Pyxistime?

Boxes already sealed run their course until their delivery date: your clients are honoured normally, with full transparency. You remain free to close your account at any time, without penalty.
